Telephone Banking

With Midland's VoiceMaster® account information is at your fingertips 24/7 by phone. VoiceMaster® functions include:

  • Deposits: Access current and available balances, deposit transactions, current and previous year-to-date interest credited.
  • Mortgage and Consumer Loans: Access principal balance, interest rate, payment, transaction activity and current and previous year-to-date interest
  • Checking and History Detail: Last five transactions, confirmation of check clearings by check number, fax back of an interim statement detailing the last 30 days of history for both checking and savings accounts
  • Transfers: Transfer from any checking/statement savings to another checking/statement savings
  • Fax Fee: $3.00 - personal accounts and $5.00 - commercial accounts

2.  VoiceMaster® will walk you through the simple process of obtaining account information.
