If you are new to this service, you will need to click the Open a New Account button and complete the signup information, including basic personal information, employment information and financial information.

When supplying the financial information, you will find a drop-down menu that lists several financial institutions; please select Midland Federal from this list. If applicable, you also will need to supply information about your current broker or any close affiliations with a publicly traded company.

If you have your information handy, the online forms take about 10 minutes to complete.

Upon completing your application you must print, sign and send the Online Brokerage Agreement Signature form (available at the end of the application) along with a check payable to U.S. Clearing to make a purchase, and securities to execute a sell.
